 Our Diagnostic Balance Testing Labs are state-of-the-art facilities. We have the most technologically advanced diagnostic testing equipment available today for diagnosing and treating dizziness and balance disorders. We also make considerable investments into our professionally trained and highly experienced audiology staff to provide the most thorough diagnostic evaluation available today for dizziness and balance impaired patients.

Specialties: Doctoral Clinical Externship with the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN with a devoted emphasis on vestibular studies. Elle loves working for NDBC because she has a passion for vestibular science and caring for patients in a multidisciplinary environment. Clinical interests include diagnostic and evoked potential studies. Elle also enjoys helping patients with amplification needs. She loves working with patients of all ages.

In her free time she enjoys backpacking and time spent on the water with kayaking, participating in water sports, and sport fishing.

Mark Cheple, Aud - Staff Audiologist

Medical School: Mark obtained his masters of Audiology from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point in 1978, and his doctorate from the School of Audiology College at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in January 2002.
Specialties: He was awarded his Certificate of Clinical Competence by the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association (ASHA) in 1979. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Cheple has been a practicing Audiologist for over 20 years in various disciplines and medical establishments and is highly regarded by many of his audiology peers as being very knowledgeable about vestibular disorders and balance dysfunctions. He has extensive experience in the diagnostic testing of patients with dizziness and balance disorders, and advanced evoked potential testing techniques.
