Hello, my name is Teresa Standafer, Quality Assurance Manager here at NDBC. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, and welcome you to our clinics. Thank you for choosing National Dizzy & Balance Center to participate in your healthcare needs. We look forward to providing you with personalized, comprehensive health care focusing on the evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of your dizziness or balance problem.

Patient feedback is crucial in improving the quality of patient care at NDBC. We have created several avenues for all patients at NDBC to leave feedback, ask questions, and present concerns. NDBC has included suggestion boxes in each clinic, and you have direct access to myself. I am dedicated to listening, reviewing, and following up with all patients and your feedback.
